Recently there was stress in our environment with an unwanted contract. Here are some things I have become aware that I had not known exactly in this form:
1st An order or contract may not necessarily be withdrawn within a certain period of time. Basically this is possible only in special cases such as remote or acquisitions in their own homes completed contracts ("doorstep selling"). Even businesses that change things by now without much demand or need to withdraw, which in this form, it is a kind of grace. The assumption that we can consider that at home again in peace or become knowledgeable and may simply withdraw within a week, for example, is wrong (unless it is explicitly formulated in the contract).
2nd A contract is a contract once it is signed by the contractor (which would later also conceivable).
3rd Do not sign a contract and your wife or anyone else is, that person may apply as a witness, if you dispute within a dispute (eg due to deceit) this agreement. However, her partner has also signed, he will not be a witness.
4th Should the agreement on the content of the conversation that took place from, you can possibly mistake or deception to plead and avoid the contract.
